Sockeye salmon fillets are fished fresh from Alaska's Bristol Bay each season. Wild sockeye is marked by its rich blood-orange color and robust flavor. Sockeyes are nutrient rich while not as fatty as the King salmon.
All of our fish is carefully flash frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain freshness. They are whole side, pin bone out (pbo) fillets.

From the Wasatch Front to the Alaskan Frontier and back again, the Sterling family is Utah's source for sustainably managed, wild caught, salmon.
Sterling Wild Salmon is a family owned and operated sustainable fishing company. We live in Pilot Point, Alaska from May-August and fish the salmon run in the Ugashik River at the mouth of Bristol Bay, Alaska. We are set-gillnetters. We fish out of a 26-foot skiff with a 50-fathom net from shore to river. We spend long days fishing and then come home to our 700 sq. foot cabin where our kids, Hans and Iris, await the news from the day. We LOVE fishing and cannot wait to share this feel good food with you! The rest of our year is spent in Utah where we enjoy skiing, climbing, biking, hiking, and fly-fishing.
